ANNE F. BORGHETTI
Anne F. Borghetti has been dedicated to the practice of Criminal Law for over 15 years. She began her career in criminal defense in 1990, as a Public Defender in Pinellas County, Florida. In 1995, she moved into private practice with a colleague forming the firm of Borghetti & Valenty, P.A. In 1997, Ms. Borghetti branched out on her own developing the Federal criminal defense law firm of Anne F. Borghetti, P.A. in which she still practices today. Her Federal criminal defense law practice is located in the heart of Tampa Bay, Florida. Ms. Borghetti's practice encompasses both State and Federal Courts with extensive Trial Experience, as well as Florida Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals 11 th Circuit. She is also admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts in both the State and Federal Courts as well as the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
