• Client charged in Superseding Indictment with Racketeering, RICO Enterprise, Narcotics (MDMA) conspiracy and Narcotics Possession, Forfeiture. Trial by jury - NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS.

Successful Departures:

• Young man facing ten year minimum mandatory sentence
  due to Florida firearm laws
  Obtained successful departure w/probationary sentence
